Atlantic Graphic Systems is proud to introduce BN Technologies to our finishing and equipment lineup. Featuring the DX-30P highlighted at our open house. The BNI Technology multi-coat machines offers various sizes for B1, B2, and B3 formats. With duplex and simplex capabilities, this equipment delivers high-speed, precision performance for Primer, UV, Aqueous coatings and optional Corona treatment.

Dual-Coating Capability: Handles both UV and water-based varnish plus primer application with integrated IR heating and UV curing systems.
B2 Format Compatible: Supports maximum paper sizes up to 29.5″ x 23″ (750mm x 585mm), fully optimized for HP Indigo B2 sheet sizes.
High-Speed Throughput: Runs up to 164 feet per minute (50m/min) for both UV coating and primer runs to keep up with high-speed digital presses.
Flexible Substrate Range: Smoothly processes light paper to heavy folding carton stock from 70gsm up to 400gsm.
Runs up to 164 ft/min (50m/min) with deep 33.4″ feeder and stacker capacity to keep up with high-volume digital and offset workflows
