60″ Finishing Table

Transform any roll laminator into a versatile flatbed applicator with the FT48 60” Finishing Table. The table creates a perfect work surface for pre-coating boards, photo mounting, laminating to rigid surfaces, laminating to vinyl prints, pre-masking vinyl letters, trimming images, weeding vinyl letters, and aligning graphic images. It provides a faster and easier one-step roll application process with its extensive features. Both sides of the 60” W x 48” D table are utilized for dual functionality. One side can be used as an in-feed to a roll laminator for laminating, pre-coating or mounting boards up to 5’ x 10’. It features 4 rows of transfer balls for effortless and precise positioning and alignment of images. A full-length 48” side guide and printed alignment guides allow for straight feeding of standard board widths. The cutting table side is designed for easy alignment of graphics to be trimmed. Thick, durable 180-gauge, 3/16” translucent Polyethylene (LDPE) provides a seamless translucent white, non-glare surface that can withstand repeated cutting from rotary cutters and utility knives. As it is self-healing, cutters and knives can cut accurately without leaving marks on the surface. Working with a larger material is more manageable as the table has a height of 38”, giving users a comfortable working height. When not in use, the table can be folded at a 90-degree angle for storage, making it perfect for shops with limited workspaces.
